What we collect
When you submit a booking inquiry we collect your name, work email, organization, event details, and anything you write in the notes field. Nothing else is requested and no account is required to use this site.

Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what we need to answer your booking inquiry, and nothing else.
How we use it
Inquiry information is used solely to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, and administer an engagement if one is confirmed. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list without you asking.
Demonstration notice
This site is currently running in demonstration mode. Inquiries submitted here are stored locally in your own browser so the booking desk can be shown end to end. They are not transmitted to a server and are cleared when you reset the demo data or clear your browser storage.
Retention
In live operation, inquiry records are retained for 24 months so we can reference prior conversations, then deleted. Confirmed engagement records are retained for seven years for accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to booking@lydiakinsella.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the standard request information required to serve them.
