Terms of service
The practical terms that govern this site and any engagement that follows from it.
Inquiries are not agreements
Submitting a booking inquiry does not reserve a date or create a contract. A date is only confirmed when a written agreement is signed by both parties and any required deposit is received.
Fees and expenses
Fees are quoted per engagement and stated in the agreement. Travel and accommodation for in-person dates are billed at cost. Fee ranges published on this site are indicative and subject to date, location, and scope.
Cancellation and postponement
Cancellation more than 60 days before the event releases the deposit as a credit toward a future date within 12 months. Inside 60 days the deposit is non-refundable. If travel is prevented by circumstances outside anyone's control, the engagement converts to a virtual delivery at no additional fee.
Recording and materials
Internal-use recording is permitted with most agreements. Public distribution, excerpting for marketing, or paid access requires separate written consent. Audience workbooks may be reproduced without limit inside your organization.
Demonstration mode
This deployment is a demonstration. Inquiries, engagements, and pipeline data shown in the booking desk are illustrative and stored only in your browser. No commitment of any kind is created by using it.
